DR. DONNA'S STORY
At 35 years of age, Donna Quezada went to a chiropractor for the first time. Always athletic and active, three consecutive injuries had just about done her in. EVERYTHING hurt. It was impossible to work and have a decent quality of life. But either the pain was debilitating, or the medications messed with her head. And then she hobbled into a chiropractor's office all bent over-- and walked out upright. That was life-changing moment number one.
Eventually the time came for a change of career. Life-changing moment number two was when she realized she decided to go back to school to become a chiropractor. "I want to make people feel as good as my chiropractor made me feel! I want to help them get back to a LIFE after an injury. My mission is to help people have a better quality of life, through health," she says. "I understand from firsthand experience how your whole life can be taken away or changed in an instant. I understand what chronic pain feels like, and the difficulty in trying to keep working and living your life. I know how much chiropractic made that easier for me. I want to give that to other people."
Dr. Donna now brings 22 years of experience to her patients, is a regular lecturer and speaker at chiropractic conferences, and teaches classes to chiropractic students and other chiropractors. She is a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractic Neurology and a Diplomate of the International Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She blends numerous techniques to best serve your health needs and facilitate the fastest healing for you.
Outside the office, Dr. Donna is an award-winning chainsaw carver and avid quilter.
